Advanced Backflow Solutions provides backflow prevention assembly testing, repair, installation, and compliance management services throughout Texas. All services are performed by TCEQ-licensed backflow prevention assembly testers in accordance with Texas Commission on Environmental Quality regulations.

By requesting our services, you represent that you are authorized to grant access to the property and backflow devices to be tested or serviced. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to all devices requiring service.

Scheduling and Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or by email. When you book an appointment, you agree to the following:

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH transfers.

Late Payments

Invoices not paid within the agreed-upon terms may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

If you experience an issue covered by this guarantee, contact us within 30 days of service and we will inspect and correct the problem at no additional charge.

Compliance and Reporting

After completing a backflow test, we submit test reports to the appropriate water utility or regulatory authority as required by Texas law. While we make every effort to ensure timely and accurate submissions, the property owner or manager remains ultimately responsible for maintaining compliance with local water utility requirements and TCEQ regulations.

We provide compliance tracking and reminders as a courtesy service. These reminders do not constitute a guarantee of compliance, and it remains your responsibility to ensure your backflow devices are tested within required timeframes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law:
