Welcome to Advanced Backflow Solutions. By accessing our website, scheduling services, or engaging with us in any way, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Service Terms

Advanced Backflow Solutions provides backflow prevention assembly testing, repair, installation, and compliance management services throughout Texas. All services are performed by TCEQ-licensed backflow prevention assembly testers in accordance with Texas Commission on Environmental Quality regulations.

By requesting our services, you represent that you are authorized to grant access to the property and backflow devices to be tested or serviced. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to all devices requiring service.

Scheduling and Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or by email. When you book an appointment, you agree to the following:

• Ensure that all backflow devices are accessible at the scheduled time
• Provide accurate property and contact information
• Have an authorized representative available on-site if required for access
• Notify us of any known hazards, access restrictions, or special conditions at the service location

We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window. In cases of unexpected delays, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule if needed.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH transfers.

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers
• Pricing is based on the number of devices, device type, and service location. A quote will be provided before service begins
• For enterprise and multi-location accounts, custom billing arrangements (including net-30 terms) may be available upon approval
• All prices are in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes

Late Payments

Invoices not paid within the agreed-upon terms may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 24+ hours notice: Cancel or reschedule at no charge
• Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee may apply to cover scheduling and travel costs
• No-show: If our technician arrives and cannot access the devices or property, the full service fee may be charged

30-Day Workmanship Guarantee

This guarantee covers:

• Accuracy of test results and proper test procedures
• Quality of repair work and replacement parts installed by our technicians
• Proper submission of test reports to the appropriate water utility

This guarantee does not cover:

• Pre-existing conditions or defects in the backflow device not caused by our work
• Damage caused by third parties, vandalism, or environmental factors after service
• Normal wear and tear of backflow prevention assemblies
• Issues arising from modifications made by others after our service

If you experience an issue covered by this guarantee, contact us within 30 days of service and we will inspect and correct the problem at no additional charge.

Compliance and Reporting

After completing a backflow test, we submit test reports to the appropriate water utility or regulatory authority as required by Texas law. While we make every effort to ensure timely and accurate submissions, the property owner or manager remains ultimately responsible for maintaining compliance with local water utility requirements and TCEQ regulations.

We provide compliance tracking and reminders as a courtesy service. These reminders do not constitute a guarantee of compliance, and it remains your responsibility to ensure your backflow devices are tested within required timeframes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law:

• Advanced Backflow Solutions' total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, regulatory fines, or property damage not directly caused by our negligence
• We are not responsible for delays or failures in service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, utility outages, or government actions

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Advanced Backflow Solutions or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our written permission.

Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the site without our permission

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
